Robotech RPG Tactics -WIP

Robotech RPG Tactics continues to take over a significant part of my life.  I've assembled the equivalent to 1 single Starter box plus some extras and have begun the painting process. Here  are a few notes so far on the process.






Here is an assembled and Primed White Battlepod using GW White Primer

Next up I paint all the black areas with Vallejo German Gray. I love this color

I skipped a step but basically Paint the Blue on and then line with a Dark Grey Technical Pen. (I'm using a Gundam Marker but Technical Pens from any large craft store would work)

I use the same Technical Pen for the Valkyries as well.  Note that when inking things like panel lines you will make mistakes. Painting out mistakes is pretty simple with a dab of your Basecoat color. There will also be areas where then pen can't reach and only an old fashioned paint brush can make it.

Here are some almost completed Valkyries Fighters.  Most are awaiting decals and some fine details but most of the work is done.

Some Gerwalk/Gaurdian mode Valkeries. Still needing some highlights and details on these. Not quite as complete and the Fighters.

The Battliod Valkeries, still need some work but you can see where I'm going. (Ignore the sneaky Tyranids behind them)
